為了提供顧客更完整的保障,我們與美國的Authorized resellers合作,如此一來,我們得以在機器有重大瑕疵的情況下,全額退款或更換新機,這是其他的商家所無法提供的 (但還是要特別提到的,銀幕的亮暗點並不在美規機的保固範圍之內),並得以在每年的新機型上市後提供與美國同步的銷售以及較佳的deal

在Lenovo客製機的訂購方面,因我們無法經由個人買家之特價網站訂購,在大部分的情況下,我們所能提供客製機的價格並不如其他的個人賣家,在無法提供優惠價格的大前提下,我們通常會折衷地建議以具相同或相近規格之規格機來取代,無法提供全面的服務,我們也深感抱歉;目前的做法是,我們會不定時的先向Lenovo訂購具較熱門配備之客製機,來提供買家更多的選擇

另外附帶一提的是,如同曾跟我們購買的買家都知道的,我們會協助更改保固之起始日期至購買日(這也是我們獨家提供的服務),但只限於規格機;客製機的保固起始日期是無法更動的,僅能藉由加買延伸保固的手段來變動,但延伸保固的購買需在新機出廠的一定期限內加購,才能有效的更動保固起始日期
